The pH-value is an important indicator for the quality classification and control of meat, meat products and other foodstuffs.
NWK-Technology GmbH offers measuring instruments for recording the pH value of meat and food. With the pH measuring instrument pH*K21 the measurement can be done easily, reliably and quickly. Due to the high quality workmanship, the device is ideally suited for use on the slaughter line, cutting, delivery and in cold storage. It is also suitable for measurements on sausage, ham and starter cultures.
Another point is the use of robots. Fully automated measurements directly at the slaughter line or via a conveyor system are possible with this.

The device is already used in 41 countries across all continents. The menu languages German, English, French, Italian, Spanish and Polish are already integrated in the device and can be switched via the menu.
The NWK quality measuring device "pH-K21" for quality determination measures the exact pH value of the meat, which is recorded and evaluated for control purposes approx. 45 minutes and approx. 24 h after slaughtering. Power supply-independent operation is possible for up to 10 hours. Maximum measuring speed is up to 600 measurements per hour. Measurement data are stored in the instrument and can be transferred directly during the measurement or later to the EDP or printer.
All common pH buffer solutions as well as conductivity calibration solutions and other accessories, bags, cables and software can also be purchased from us.
