The inexpensive alternative to the pH*K21, for reference measurements in the laboratory, measurements of starter cultures, control measurements e.g. in the delivery or in the cold room.

For use on the slaughter line or in the cutting room we recommend the pH*K21.

Accuracy: +/- pH 0.03

Calibration: 1-, 2- or 3-point calibration with automatic buffer recognition

Memory display: the last 250 measurements can be shown on the display. 1000 each for 5 users can be stored in the data logger and output via the supplied software.
